Easy Tuna Wrap

Hi everyone! Today's recipe is a healthy recipe, perfect for any diet! It's full of flavor and it has very few calories, it also really easy to make, it takes less than 10 minutes and will for sure satisfy your appetite without ruining your diet.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 2 Flatout Whole Wheat Bread (or any other flat bread you like, or whole wheat tortillas)
- 1 5oz can Tuna in water
- 1 cup mix greens (baby spinach, arugula or any other baby greens you like)
- 1 Jalape?o pepper cut into small pieces
- 3 tablespoons of chopped celery
- 3 tablespoons of finely chopped red onions
- 1 shredded carrot
- 1-2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 avocado
- Salt and Black pepper to taste
Drain the tuna. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, red onions, celery, carrot and jalape?o pepper, season with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, salt and black pepper to taste.
Stir together, until all the ingredients are well combined, taste the flavor and add more mayonnaise, salt and pepper if needed.
Grab your flatout bread, add some mix greens right in the middle of your bread or tortilla, and spoon half the tuna mixture over the greens, top it with avocado slices, season the avocado with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Wrap it up. Cut in half and that's it, enjoy!!
